NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ACES Token, Inc., may be considered a covered platform under the US Take-It-Down Act of 2025 and as such might be obligated to comply with said Act. The Act requires such platforms to inform an Identifiable Individual or their Representative, of our obligation under the Act and to provide you with this Notice and Removal Process by which to submit a Valid Removal Request enabling ACES to take appropriate action, which could prevent continued Publication of a depiction.
BE ADVISED that ACES Token does not create or store in its files depictions as that term is described in the Act in any scannable or searchable image form. Depictions are a separate work product of an ACES account holder who may autonomously attach a depiction to illustrate the object of a digital token. All such depictions include a Water Mark and are then transformed to a proprietary code. As a result, the only manner in which ACES can process a Valid Removal Request is by the requester providing the depiction Water Mark Identification.
ACES’ Valid Removal Request Form (below) may be submitted to ACES by an Identifiable Individual or their Representative, regarding the Individual’s portrayal in a Non-consensual Publication of an Intimate Visual Depiction. ACES Shall prevent continued Publication of an Intimate Visual Depiction of a Minor upon discovery from any source.
